It is widely used in production.

Classification of filling and packaging machinery:

Filling machinery has various forms due to different packaging containers, packaging materials and filling processes, and its classification methods are also many. Common:

According to the measurement method classification: level filling machine, quantitative filling machine, weighing filling machine;

According to the filling method classification: atmospheric pressure filling machine, negative pressure filling machine, equal pressure filling machine, pressure filling machine;

According to the transport form of packaging container, it can be divided into linear filling machine and rotary filling machine.

Among them:

I. atmospheric pressure filling machine

A machine that fills a container with liquid material at atmospheric pressure. It is only suitable for filling liquid materials with low viscosity and no gas, such as milk, soy sauce and daily chemical products. It can be used for packaging containers made of various materials, such as glass bottles, plastic bottles, metal cans, plastic bags and metal buckets. Volume quantitative, filling by gravity, small material loss. The normal pressure filling only needs an unsealed liquid storage tank. For the normal pressure filling machine that does not contact the container and the filling valve, the electronic weighing filling machine can be used; for the normal pressure filling machine that contacts the container and the filling valve and seals, the level filling machine or the quantitative filling machine such as the quantitative cup and the flexible plug with the exhaust control level is often used.

II. Negative pressure filling machine

Negative pressure filling machine refers to the machine that first draws air from the packaging container to form negative pressure, and then fills the liquid into the packaging container. According to different filling methods, the negative pressure filling machine is divided into differential pressure type negative pressure filling machine and gravity type negative pressure filling machine.

When filling under negative pressure, the vacuum degree should be adjusted properly, because the high vacuum degree may cause deformation of soft packaging (such as plastic bottles); when the vacuum degree is too low, the liquid and bubbles at the filling valve port and exhaust pipe wall cannot be sucked back, resulting in liquid leakage. The negative pressure filling machine has a high filling speed, which can reduce the contact and effect between the liquid and the residual air in the container, and is conducive to extending the shelf life of some liquid products. It is suitable for the filling of non gas liquid with good fluidity, beverage with vitamins, toxic pesticides and chemical reagents, etc.

(I) differential pressure negative pressure filling machine

The pressure difference type negative pressure filling machine refers to the machine that the liquid storage box is under normal pressure, only sucks air from the packing container to form negative pressure, and fills the liquid into the packing container by the pressure difference between the liquid storage box and the packing container. The machine must separate the liquid tank and vacuum chamber, mainly including two chambers (one liquid tank, one vacuum chamber) and three chambers (one liquid tank, two vacuum chambers) differential pressure filling machine.

(II) gravity negative pressure filling machine

Gravity negative pressure filling machine is a kind of machine that takes out air from the liquid storage tank and the packaging container to form negative pressure, and the liquid is filled into the packaging container by its own weight. This kind of machine can use vacuum pump to pump air directly into the reservoir without setting a real air chamber.

III. equal pressure filling machine

Isobaric filling machine refers to the machine that first inflates the packaging container, the internal gas pressure is equal to the gas pressure in the liquid storage cylinder, and then fills the liquid into the packaging container.

IV. pressure filling machine

The most common form of pressure filling is that the product is pressurized and the overflow tank is connected with the atmosphere. The machine does not need a bottle holder, pre positioning filling with a bottle clamp or a liquid storage tank, but there is a distributor on the filling turntable. One end of the distributor is connected to the water pump installed in the liquid storage tank, and the other end is connected to each filling valve with a hose. A circular positioning ring is installed on the filling turntable, and an arc positioning groove equal to the number of filling valves is arranged on the positioning ring, and the center line of the positioning groove coincides with the center line of the valve. When the PET bottle is delivered to the filling turntable, the bottle is pre positioned into the arc positioning groove by the bottle neck and hung on the circular positioning ring of the filling turntable, at this time, the center of the bottle mouth is coincident with the center of the filling valve. The filling valve descends along the cam during the rotation of the filling turntable, seals with the filling container opening and then opens the filling valve to start the liquid feeding. The water pump in the liquid storage tank supplies liquid to the container through the distributor on the filling machine and fills to the full mouth of the container; the gas in the bottle and the residual liquid after filling the full mouth will be returned to the liquid storage tank through the return gas (liquid) pipe.
